Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.

During new product launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you using the email address provided with your order.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Essential Washbar ships within the United States only.

We are unable to ship internationally at this time, but we hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website when applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after your shipping label has been created.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Essential Washbar is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier service interruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box.

If your tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier. If you still need assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to help you work toward a resolution.

Warm Weather Shipping

Because our soaps are handcrafted using natural oils and butters, they may soften slightly during periods of extreme heat. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product.

If your soap feels soft upon arrival, allow it to return to room temperature before use.

Whenever possible, Essential Washbar uses packaging materials selected to help reduce environmental impact while ensuring your products arrive safely.
