Return Policy

At Essential Washbar, every soap is handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully selected ingredients. Because our products are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review your request.

If your request is approved, we will gladly provide one of the following:

• A replacement product (subject to availability)
• Store credit
• A refund, when appropriate

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered production or shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Opened or used soap bars
• Products purchased on clearance or marked as final sale
• Gift cards

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Essential Washbar or the product arrived damaged.
