Where do you ship?
Essential Washbar currently ships within the United States only.
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Processing may take longer during launches, holidays, or busy periods; we'll contact you if there is a significant delay.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address, package weight, and shipping method. Some product bundles or promotions may include shipping; check the individual product listing for details.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
What if my package is delayed or marked delivered?
Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If a package is marked delivered but is missing, first check with household members, neighbors, or the carrier. Contact us if you still need assistance.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return soap?
For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or used personal-care products. Clearance or final-sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
What if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the items and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement (subject to availability), store credit, or a refund when appropriate.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellation requests may be made within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered production or shipped.
Are original shipping charges refundable?
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was ours or the product arrived damaged.

Why does my soap look slightly different from the photo?
Our products are handcrafted in small batches. Natural variations in color, shape, texture, and appearance are part of their artisan character.
How do I make my soap last longer?
Keep your bar on a well-draining soap dish and allow it to dry between uses. Avoid leaving it in standing water.
How do I know which ingredients are in a bar?
Check the ingredient list on the individual product page before purchasing. If you have allergies or sensitivities, review it carefully and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
