  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is verified also known as fulfilled.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
    We offer standard shipping for all domestic orders within the United States. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • International Shipping:
    We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and costs may vary based on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Delays

While we aim to ship your products as quickly as possible, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays. Essential Washbar, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Botanicalglow@essentialwashbar.shop. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that once the package leaves our facility, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Consider selecting shipping options that offer tracking and insurance if needed.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package. Essential Washbar, LLC is not responsible for packages lost or undelivered due to incorrect shipping details.

6. Return Shipping

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 13 days from the date the order was fulfilled. The return policy is as follows:

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process a refund within 5-7 business days.

For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
